The OG’s are the oldest faction of the Valentinos. As the name suggests, the oldest members, or the most senior, belong to this faction. There are also young and middle-aged people who identify with the old-school values and ways of doing things and end up joining this faction. The faction is composed of 95 percent men. The Og’s were the only faction that did not oppose the creation of the code and the Castigo position (besides the Orta’s). They opposed the possibility of women being leaders of large groups. But beyond that, they haven’t caused major problems regarding the implementation of progressive policies. The OG faction will always put the Valentinos first, despite being the most conservative.
