The VTechs. Founded by José Luis “El Loco” Fernández. His passion for engines led him to become the official mechanic for the Valentinos. Over the years, the amount of work for the gang increased so much that he had to ask Campo Orta to start encouraging the Valentinos to join the faction. Today, the VTechs handle the customization and modification of vehicles for all members who have the necessary eddies for the job. They have a total of 73 mechanics who, in addition to doing their work, are always ready for combat.
