Background:
Son of José Javier Vicentino (currently imprisoned in NC Prison) and Marta Alicia Vicentino (institutionalized in Sub-Attica). Both were long-time members of the Valentinos. Vicente grew up surrounded by the gang’s street culture, violence, and rituals, absorbing the Code of the Valentinos as a sacred law.
He joined the Valentinos at 17 years old, quickly rising in influence due to his ruthless discipline and devotion to the Code. Eventually, he was given the unique and feared title of “El Castigo”, a gang role that acts as judge and executioner for those who break gang law or dishonor the Code.
Combat Style:
- Master hand-to-hand fighter (bare fists only).
- Knife expert, with both close quarters combat and precision throwing.
- Known for obsessive devotion to the blade — believes steel cuts away lies.
- Exceptional reflexes, acrobatics, and urban parkour, using rooftops and alleys as his battlefield.
- Skilled marksman with throwing knives; often makes executions look ritualistic.
- Baseball Bat, modified or not, it is a home run ¿Comprendes, Mendes?
- Occasionally uses his Liberty pistol, but always as a secondary option.
“The gang is not first. The Code is first. Then, the gang.”
Personality:
Cold, calculating, yet bound by a strong sense of justice — though his version of justice is harsh and absolute. Feared even among his own for being incorruptible; respected for never wavering in loyalty to the Code above all.
Range: Lonely wolf. Extremely feared.
