José Luis “El Loco” Fernández was born in Jalisco and never obtained Nightcidian citizenship. The nickname suits him well: crazy, loud, and a conspiracy theorist. He’s eternally in love with shotguns, especially double-barreled ones.
He’s the best friend of Martina González and Laura Giménez.
