They have a daughter, Sofía Ruiz. His parents are both Arasaka corpos. César maintains a deeply strained relationship with them, resenting their values and corporate servitude. He almost graduated from Arasaka Academy in Readings (behavioral sciences, body language analysis, psychological profiling). Exceptional at reading people. He can often predict intentions, emotions, and truthfulness with unnerving accuracy.
